Government Job: Bihar State Health Society Recruitment for 5006 ANM Posts

The State Health Society (SHS), Bihar has announced recruitment for Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) posts. A total of 5006 vacancies have been released. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 18th August 2025 through the official website shs.bihar.gov.in.

🔹 Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) from a recognized training institute.
• Must be registered with the Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC).

🔹 Age Limit (as on 1st August 2025)

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 40 years

Category-wise age limit:

• UR / EWS (Female): 40 years
• BC / EBC (Female): 40 years
• SC / ST (Female): 42 years

🔹 Salary

• ₹15,000 per month

🔹 Selection Process

1. Computer Based Test (CBT) – 80 Marks
2. Work experience as ANM during Covid-19 – 20 Marks

• Exam Duration: 2 Hours
• Exam Medium: Hindi / English
• Question Type: MCQ
• No Negative Marking

• Class 12th certificate (for Date of Birth proof)
• ANM Diploma & Marksheet
• BNRC Registration Certificate / Affidavit
• Domicile, Caste, Income & EWS Certificate
